Platinum Service Package

• Garden edging of all beds and borders
• Trimming, weeding, and cultivation of beds as needed
• Trimming and pruning of all shrubs (up to 6 feet) as needed
• Organic herbicide spraying for weeds in patio, walkways, and driveway as needed
• Overseeding and organic soil application on small patch areas as needed
• Dandelions and weed control with organic herbicide as needed
• Seasonal fertilizer applications (3-4 times)
• Clearing clippings from hard surfaces.

Spring Clean-Up

$75/hr per staff

• Weed, cultivate, and edge all planting beds and borders if needed
• Pruning of all shrubs and hedges (up to 6 feet) where appropriate
• Power blowing of debris accumulated from winter, including turf, garden areas, and hard surfaces
• We take leaves with us

Extras

• Mulch services available at $200/yard. Includes pickup, delivery, and labor.
• Lawn fertilizer application at $175 per application
• Lawn weed control for the season at $500 (recommended 1-2 times per season)
• Soil services at $165/yard + labor cost $75/hr per staff
• Grass seeds $75
• Any other services needed is billed separately at $75/hr per staff + materials



Fall Clean-Up

$75/hr per staff

• Complete clean-up of gardens and lawn after leaf fall
• Taking annual flowers from outdoor pots, planter boxes, or urns
• Removing annuals from garden beds and cutting back perennials as needed

Please, note: Clean-Up will be an additional charge on top of the weekly maintenance cost if maintenance and fall cleanup are done on the property at the same time
